[origin: WO9854262A1] A polymer composition which comprises essentially: (A) a major amount of a polyketone having a linear alternating structure of (a) units derived from carbon monoxide and (b) units derived from one or more olefinically unsaturated compounds; and (B) a minor amount of a graft copolymer having a polyolefinic elastomeric backbone having a glass transition temperature below 0 DEG C grafted with a styrene/acrylonitrile (SAN) resin. The polyolefinic elastomeric backbone may be an ethylene-propylene rubber or EPDM.
