[origin: DE19722506A1] Disclosed is a highly performing radio apparatus (10) exposing the body to less radiation. The radio apparatus (10) comprises a reference potential- electrical surface (4) as well as an antenna resonator member (6) mounted parallel to said reference potential-electrical surface (4) and in capacitive coupling therewith. The antenna resonator member (6) is galvanically separated from the reference potential-electrical surface (4) and is characterized by a double geometric symmetry, resulting in a resonating capacity in two symmetry axis (15, 20) perpendicular to each other.
