[origin: WO9853770A1] Hygienic device, for use by males during the sexual act, comprising a sheath which is an essentially tubular body, which sheath is easily deformable and has means for introducing into it gas under pressure to bring it into substantially distended condition and means for discharging said gas, said sheath, when brought to said substantially distended condition and not deformed by contact with any other bodies, having an intermediate, substantially cylindrical outer surface, bounded by semi-toroidal end portions, and an axial channel.
