Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9855469A1] The invention relates to novel desoxycyclodepsipeptides of formula (I) in which C=X<1>, C=X<2>, C=X<3> and C=X<4> independently of each other respectively represent one of the CO, CS or CH2 groups, with at least one of these groups representing CH2. The invention also relates to their mixtures and derivatives. Said compounds are produced from cyclodepsipeptides having 24 ring members formed by alternating alpha -amino carboxylic acids and alpha -hydroxy carboxylic acids by complete or partial chemoselective reduction of the carbonyl groups of the amide function into methylene groups, using suitable reduction methods. The desoxycyclodepsipeptides produced according to the invention have an anthelmintic effect.
