Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9855921A1] The present invention relates to a system and a method respectively for generic handling of data comprising sending a message between and/or within a number of data handling arrangements (10, 20). Each data handling arrangement (10, 20) may comprise one or more function handling means (11, 12, 13A-13C, 14; 21, 22, 23A-23C). For a number of function handling means (11, 12, 13A-13C, 14; 21, 22, 23A-23C) definition data (120, 220) is provided separately from information data and independently from definition data for other function handling means. Information data (1, 2) is handled generically and separately from definition data (120, 220) and information data is transferred as internal communication messages (1, 2) between different data handling arrangements (10, 20) and as internal call objects between different function handling (11, 12, 13A-13C, 14; 21, 22, 23A-23C). Means using the respective definition data (120, 220). Thus, the system coordinates and modifies messages towards the data handling arrangements, in order to provide a simple one point of entry interface for simple messages that are transformed to a larger more complex set of messages.
