[origin: EP0987064A2] Continuous fine steel or wire train has rolling unit arranged in rolling line behind the intermediate rolling section. Continuous fine steel or wire train comprises a finish rolling units and measuring rolling units arranged behind the intermediate rolling section of the train with cooling paths and temperature comparison paths before, between and behind these. The finish rolling units (5) has two independent finish rolling units, of which one rolling unit (13) is arranged in a first rolling line (W1) behind the intermediate rolling section (1) via a distributing guide (2) and deviating from the second rolling line (W2). A horizontal by-pass (16) and a temperature comparison path (20) with cooling path (17) and a further by-pass (18) are located behind the distributing guide (2). The by-pass (18) is a distributing guide (19) leading from the finish rolling unit (5) into the second rolling unit (W2). The other finish rolling unit (5) is arranged together with a measuring rolling unit in the second rolling line (W2) running parallel to the first line (W1).
