[origin: EP0987384A2] The system to move vehicles and especially automobiles, in a shelf-stacking parking building, has a slide brought under the vehicle with four holders (25) for the wheels (R). Each wheel holder has two carrier fingers (28,29) in a scissors structure mounted to a sliding section (26) which moves in and out of the sides of the slide. The sliding sections (26) are at a carrier (30) which is moved at the slide by a setting mechanism to lock or release the vehicle wheels (R).
