Ein Türband zur schwenkbaren Anbringung eines Türflügels (2) an einem Türrahmen hat ein türflügelseitiges Halteteil (20), das am Türflügel (2) fest anbringbar ist, und ein gelenkseitiges Flügelteil (5), das in Horizontalrichtung der Türflügelebene verstellbar und in Vertikalrichtung der Türflügelebene und in Dickenrichtung des Türflügels (2) fest am türflügelseitigen Halteteil (20) bzw. am Türflügel (2) fixiert ist. Um eine konstruktiv einfach ausbildbare und den ästhetischen Gesamteindruck der Tür möglichst gering beeinträchtigende Ausgestaltung des Türbandes zu schaffen, weist das Flügelteil (5) einen zur Türflügelebene parallelen gelenkseitigen Schenkel (7) und einen zur Türflügelebene senkrechten türflügelseitigen Schenkel (8) auf, wobei der zur Türflügelebene parallele gelenkseitige Schenkel (7) des Flügelteils (5) eine längliche Aussparung (15) einer senkrecht zur Türflügelebene auf der gelenkseitigen Schmalseite des Türflügels (2) befestigbaren, dem türflügelseitigen Halteteil (20) zugeordneten Abdeckplatte (17) durchdringt. <IMAGE>
