Abstract (en)
The cooking panel or hob (2) has at least two cooking or boiling points. At least one of the cooking points (2,3) is designed as a rapid heating up cooking point. A fast heating cooking point has a heat conductor made from round wire, flat wire, a foil, ceramic panel or a halogen heating unit. The cooking point is operated by a pulse-packet control with the introduction of a triac (5).

Es wird eine Kochmulde für Elektroherde beschrieben, die mindestens zwei Kochstellen aufweist. Üblicherweise sind solche Kochstellen mit Heizleitern in Form von Runddrähten, Keramikplatten oder Halogenleuchten ausgerüstet. Bei der mit einer schnell aufglühenden Kochstelle ausgestatteten Kochmulde (2) ist durch eine Puls-Paket-Steuerung mit Einsatz eines Triacs (6) eine wesentliche Reduzierung des Energieverbrauches verbunden. <IMAGE>
