Abstract (en)
The method involves storing at least one data record with selection parameters determined according to selection criteria (3) entered by a user at any terminal (2). The traffic information to be sent from the traffic information center (1) to a terminal is selected from the information present in the center according to the selection parameters specified in the stored data record. An Independent claim is also included for a traffic information center, esp. for implementing the method.

Die benutzerindividuelle Auswahl und Sendung von Verkehrsinformationen von einer Verkehrsinformationszentrale an einen Endgerät-Benutzer wird optimiert, durch eine erfindungsgemäße Verkehrsinformationszentrale und ein Verfahren zur benutzerindividuellen Auswahl (28) und Sendung (8) von Verkehrsinformationen (6) von einer Verkehrsinformationszentrale (1) an einen Benutzer eines Endgerätes (2), wobei mindestens ein Datensatz (4,10) mit aufgrund von vom Benutzer (2) an einem beliebigen Endgerät (2) eingegebenen Auswahlangaben (3) festgelegten Auswahlparametern (10) gespeichert (9) wird, wobei die von der Verkehrsinformationszentrale (1) an jeweils ein Endgerät (2) zu sendenden Verkehrsinformationen (6) aus der Verkehrsinformationszentrale (1) vorliegenden Verkehrsinformationen (27) aufgrund der im gespeicherten Datensatz (4,10) festgelegten Auswahlparameter (10) in der Verkehrsinformationszentrale (1) ausgewählt (24) und an das Endgerät (2) gesendet (8) werden. <IMAGE>
