[origin: EP0988928A1] The grinding device (10) has at least one grinding belt (54) with bearing devices (26). Each bearing device has two spaced out but axially coinciding circular disk elements (28) connected by a flexible connecting device with little or no stretch. There is a spring device between the disk elements to force them away from each other. The belt lies on a hose element (48) on the disk elements.
