Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Profilständer (1), insbesondere für Raum-Trennwände mit Profilschienen (4) und einem Verfahren zum erleichterten Herstellen solcher Profilschienen (4), einschliesslich einer Dichtanordnung, was dadurch erreicht wird, dass im Zusammenhang mit einer kontinuierlichen Herstellung der Profilschienen (4) diese gegebenenfalls oberflächenbeschichtet werden und Dichtstreifen (11) ohne Verwendung eines Klebers kraftschlüssig mit der zugehörigen Profilschiene (4) verbunden werden. <IMAGE>
