Abstract (en)
The metal profiles(3,4), at least in parts of at least one face side of the door area joined to one another by folding, whereby two adjacent side edges of the metal profiles are bent away in the direction of the hollow space(5) and one side engages around the adjacent side edge. The connection of the metal profiles is inside the hollow space and in the direction of the side edge of the door. The connection of the profiles is achieved by forming a closed channel(6), whereby the metal profile side edges forming the channel overlap each other, at least along a part of the periphery of the channel.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tür, insbesondere Brandschutztür. bestehend aus zumindest zwei die Vorder- und Hinterseite der Tür bildenden Metallprofilen 3, 4, welche unter Bildung eines Hohlraums 5 mit einer allfälligen Füllung, zumindest an Teilen zumindest einer vertikalen Stirnseite der Tür durch Falzung miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jeweils zwei einander benachbarte Seitenränder der Metallprofile 3, 4 in Richtung des Hohlraums 5 abgebogen sind. und ein Seitenrand den benachbarten Seitenrand umgreift, sodaß die Verbindung der Matallprofile 3, 4 innerhalb des Hohlraums 5 und in Richtung des Seitenrandes der Tür verlaufend angeordnet ist. Zur Erzielung einer besseren Stabilität, insbesondere im Brandfall und eine schnelle und billige sowie automatisierbare Herstellbarkeit ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen. daß die Verbindung der Metallprofile 3, 4 unter Bildung eines in sich geschlossenen Kanals 6 ausgebildet ist, wobei die den Kanal 6 bildenden Seitenränder der Metallprofile 3, 4 einander zumindest entlang eines Teiles des Umfangs des Kanals 6 überlappen. <IMAGE>
