[origin: DE19823812A1] The mounting for the rails, of a permanent way on concrete sleepers, has an elastic intermediate plate (3) between the rail foot and the hard sleeper (6) combined with an elastic intermediate layer (1) between it and the rail foot. The intermediate layer (1) is separated from the intermediate plate (3) by a metal base plate (2) forming the rail mounting. The intermediate plate (3) is a one-piece vulcanised rubber mixture with three sandwich zones. The rubber material is a natural rubber (NR), an epoxidised natural rubber (ENR), isoprene rubber (IR), butadiene rubber (BR), acrylate rubber (ACM), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) or combinations and especially NR/SBR or NR/BR. The layer zones are structured with active projections and inactive recesses, where the inactive recesses are deeper in the centre zone than in the flanking outer zones.
