Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9939423A1] The invention relates to a high voltage electrical machine for rated voltages up to 6.6 kV whose winding can be produced as a preformed winding with flat wires using simplified manufacturing techniques. In addition, said winding prevents disadvantageous affects on the operational performance of high voltage machines. To this end, a round-wire mush winding (1) is used in enameled wires or bare wires. The wire, including the free ends, is taped with the film-mica tape in an overlapping manner. Each spool respectively lying in two semi-open slots (2) is unraveled into at least two stacked partial spools (4, 6) which are connected in succession and which are insulated from one another by intermediate layers (5). The slot lining (3) and the interphase insulation are made of an insulating sheeting material containing mica. The area of application of the invention is in the construction of electrical machines.
