[origin: WO9829073A1] The present invention relates to an optimally designed female incontinence shield - sanitary napkin intended to give its wearer protection without application difficulties and is thus reliably non-leaking with a high level of comfort without seals that chafe against the body and designed to the natural triangular female anatomical shape at the urinary organ. This is achieved in accordance with the invention in that liquidproof layer (2) located across the absorption body (3) has been preconfigured (4) in its shape such that it forms a liquidproof surface (7) lying overlapped across the absorption body's (3) bottom edge surface (5) and side edge surfaces (6).
