[origin: WO9943581A1] The invention relates to a transport system for moving empty baggage trolleys from a wide range of locations in a building complex to baggage trolley depots. Said system comprises towers (1, 2) with paternoster lifts for the vertical transport from any floor of a building, as well as horizontal transport units in the form of over-head conveyors (4) which connect the towers with each other. The overhead conveyors ensure optimal use of existing available space (no need for additional space).
