Abstract (en)

The emptying station (1) for mould boxes (3, 4) containing moulds (5) incorporates a pusher-out unit (12, 13) for the mould package (15) in the mould box (3, 4). The emptying station has two guide tracks (9), one above the other, for the mould box which stands on its side during the emptying process. The pusher-out unit includes a horizontally movable press ram (12) and a thrust plate (13). On the side opposite to the pusher-out unit, the station has a seating (14) for the mould package (15).

Eine Auspackstation für Formkästen aufweisende Gießformen ist, damit auch liegend angelieferte Gießformen stehend ausgepackt werden können, mit zwei übereinander liegenden Führungsbahnen versehen, wobei auf der einen Seite des Formkastens ein Aufnahmetisch für den Formballen und auf der anderen Seite des Formkastens eine horizontal bewegliche Preßplatte vorgesehen ist, die die Formballen auf eine der Preßplatte gegenüberliegende Aufnahme schiebt. <IMAGE>
