[origin: FR2777010A1] The invention concerns novel polymers comprising at least units of formula (I) wherein A1<+> and A2<+>, identical or different, represent: a) a quaternary unsaturated heterocyclic compound; or b) a quaternary ammonium and at least one of groups A1<+> and A2<+> represents a quaternary unsaturated heterocycle; p represents an integer or decimal from 0 to 50; B1 represents an alpha , omega bis alkyl polysiloxane or a hydrocarbon chain, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated comprising up to 6 consecutive carbon atoms, capable of comprising one or several hydroxyl groups and of being interrupted by one or several oxygen atoms and/or several aromatic cycles; B2 represents a hydrocarbon chain, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated comprising up to 6 consecutive carbon atoms, capable of comprising one or several hydroxyl groups and of being interrupted by one or several oxygen atoms and/or several aromatic cycles; R1, R2, R3 and R4, identical or different, represent a C1-C6 alkyl radical or the phenyl radical. X THETA represents an anion derived from a mineral or organic acid. The invention also concerns the use of said polymers in cosmetics.
