Abstract (en)
[origin: WO9901613A1] On the surface of a cover material agent increasing friction is spread on a paper-based underlay. The agent contains solid particles attached to the surface of the material with the help of a heat-resisting polymer bonding agent the temperature resistance of which is at least 160 DEG C, preferably at least 180 DEG C. On the reverse of the material at the same region as the friction-increasing agent there is a heatsealable area of adhesion (3). The cover material is an end cover sheet (4) to be attached to the end of a paper roll.
