Abstract (en)
A hoop material cutter with a movably rocking blade (3) guided by pins (12a,12b) having chamfered edges (14a,14b); part of the pins (12a,12b) protrudes sideways of associated blocks (13a,13b) which are detachable in a horizontal direction. A hopper including a lower guide (45) and a stock guide (44); the lower guide (45) abuts on the upper surface of the movable blade (3) and the stock guide (44) is set not to protrude over the position of the fixed blade (2). The width of an opening defined by the lower guide (45) and the fixed blade (2) is aproximately twice the thickness of the hoop material, and a side guide (37), whose length along the opening is set within the length of the moving blade (3), is further provided. <IMAGE>
