Abstract (en)
The invention is applicable as a safety measure in assembling scaffolds for construction work, specifically in assembly of the railings, so that these are made to be the first component installed on the upper level, this being performed from the level where the worker is already at, so that when said worker rises to complete the scaffold a provisional safety railing is already in place. The provisional railing is put together, raised and assembled by use of an auxiliary element or railing base to which the horizontal bars are connected, element which is anchored by suitable means to the structural frame of the scaffold. <IMAGE>
