[origin: EP0995868A2] The rotating spring bolt and locking pawl lock, for a vehicle hood, has a retracted rotating bolt back section (10) against the ratchet limit stop (8) at the bolt side for the locking pawl (4). A fixed counter limit stop (13) for the locking pawl (4) prevents contact with the back section (10) when the rotating bolt (1) is turned.
