Abstract (en)

[origin: US2002069588A1] A housing, especially for automatic door operators, with a base section secured to the building, whereby the housing serves to receive mechanical and electrotechnical components for door systems, such as running devices, suspension devices for movable leaves, drive units including power transmissions, couplings, motors, displacement tracking equipment, auxiliary drives, controls/regulations, power packs, sensors, etc. The housing comprises a header section basically built of two legs arranged at an angle of approximately 90° with regard to each other and linked by a connecting leg. The header section is hooked and positively and non-positively connected to the base section via a location that extends at an angle of approximately 45° and is conformed to the connecting leg extending parallel thereto. A closing section joins the header section via a hooked interengagement to which closing section's end is placed a terminal section as well as end caps to be mounted at the header section's fronts.
