[origin: WO9905611A1] In order to access an image sequence comprising individual search characteristics, search characteristics are stored correspondingly in an image sequence. A list comprising preferably plaintext search characteristics pertaining to an image sequence is thus prefixed, and stored behind the image sequence or inside the image sequence. Each search characteristic comprises a reference to an image inside the image sequence in addition to an information entry. Access is ensured via individual search characteristics.
