[origin: EP0998980A1] The grinding device (1) has two parallel motor-driven shafts (3, 4). The disk-shaped tool carriers (13) have radial arms (14) with return springs between them. there are two cutting inserts at the radially outer end of the arms and an emptier between these inserts. There are clearing and breaking-up prongs (27) on either side of the shafts with the tool carriers.
