[origin: EP0999309A2] The bridge with accessible surfaces (1,2) has a hand rail (4) fitted via braces (3), walls or similar. The hand rail comprises hollow profile sections (5) formed from extruded aluminum. The hollow profiles on their periphery have a number of symmetrically distributed grooves. They are round in their cross-section.
