[origin: FR2779097A1] The invention concerns a regulating-compensating device for a ventilating, heating and/or air conditioning installation in a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, passenger compartment, comprising means selectively measuring physical variables such as a sensor and a module for computing (11) a mean inside temperature (Tmoy) in the passenger compartment, based on a selected thermal model, associated with the vehicle or by using a temperature sensor. The invention is characterised in that the module is further capable of evaluating a temperature (Tt) and a ventilated air velocity (Vt) in a predetermined zone of the compartment, on the basis of the measurements representing a temperature (Tas) and a velocity (Vas) of air blown through a selected air supply air grille (12), and on the basis of a ventilation model associated with said grille, combined with said thermal model or with the vehicle inside temperature sensor.
