Abstract (en)
The procedure consists of using an oscillating cutting disc (6) with a flat cutting edge to cut a sheet of fibre-reinforced concrete (1) laid with its finish face upwards on two supports (5, 5'). The cutting disc is able to rotate freely and is positioned so that its side faces are between 2 and 20 mm, and preferably 3 - 8 mm, from the two supports, which have flat thrust surfaces.

L'invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et une installation pour la découpe-épaufrage de matériaux minces à partir d'une plaque mère durcie en ciment ou béton renforcé éventuellement de fibres. La plaque mère (1) est posée sur une série de deux supports (5, 5'). La découpe épaufrée est pratiquée par un disque (6), en rotation libre, situé dans un plan (II-II') entre les deux supports (5, 5'), le disque (6) ayant un bord périphérique droit non tranchant. Le bord périphérique du disque est espacé des deux supports (5, 5') d'une distance (d1, d2) comprise entre 2 et 20 mm. <IMAGE>
