Abstract (en)
The container consists of a base (10) with two opposite side walls (11) that are fitted with folding U-shaped supports (2) for the ends of long articles stacked in it. Each support has at least one side branch connected to a side wall of the container by a pivot which allows it to be placed in a retracted position against the side wall or a deployed position projecting from the side wall and resting against a stop (2). The supports can be made from plastic-covered metal wire or from moulded plastic or aluminium.

L'invention concerne un conteneur (1) pour le transport et/ou le stockage de pièces longiformes, telles des pare-chocs ou pièces similaires pour l'industrie automobile. Il comprend des organes d'appui (2), en "U", en "L" ou en double "L", mobiles en rotation autour d'axes horizontaux (Δ1 - Δ1). On prévoit des butées (4) de pré-positionnement dans une position inclinée des organes d'appui (2), à l'état déployé. La branche centrale des organes d'appui (2) peut être inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale. Les organes d'appui (2) peuvent être réalisés en fil métallique revêtu de plastique ou à partir de pièces en matière plastique moulées. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, les parois latérales (11, 12) du conteneur (1) peuvent être repliées l'une sur l'autre, à l'aide de dispositifs d'articulation (6). <IMAGE>
