A wall-mounted combination boiler (1), comprising a circuit which connects a gas-water heat exchanger (13) to a heat exchanger (32) for instant heating of the sanitary water and comprises a manifold (11) provided with connectors (14,15) to the delivery (16) and the return (18) of a heating system; the circuit is provided with means for the automatic adjustment of the operation of a burner of the gas-water heat exchanger (13) and of the circulator (30), the means being adapted to keep the water of the circuit constantly at a temperature suitable to ensure immediate heating of the sanitary water. <IMAGE>
