Abstract (en)

The footwear has an upper (15) with a pinch (35) to take an adhesive (37) for bonding with the under side (23) of the insole (11) within the pinched structure of a lower layer (43) and limit edge (36) towards the center of the insole. The sole is adhesive bonded to the under layer (43) of the pinch. The adhesive (37) in the pinch is a reactive hot-melt adhesive. The adhesive (37) is at least in a zone of the pinch free of folds, which is formed round the edge of the insole (11). The sole adhesive is also a reactive hot-melt adhesive to give a watertight sealing at the end side towards the sole and also the upper watertight function layer (21) in an adhesive mantle shrouding. The adhesives for the pinch and the sole are of different reactive hot-melt adhesives, which are compatible and give a chemical or mechanical water sealing between them. Or they are both of the same adhesive. The adhesives are activated by moisture and heat. The upper function layer (21) is permeable to vapor. The function layer (21) is on the side of the upper away from the upper material (17), and can be with an additional layer (31,33) which does not extend into the pinch. The insole (11) is waterproof or is permeable to water, and is bonded to the upper surface of the sole. The sole can be waterproof, or have a permeable material at least at the center which is covered from above by a waterproof function layer which covers it and the sole edge, with an overlapping sealing through the adhesive. The sole function layer is permeable to vapor. The waterproof function layers are part of a laminate with at least two laminated layers. The pinch (35) can be filled with a filler material, in the space between the insole (11) and the sole. An Independent claim is included for a manufacturing process where the pinch (35) is bonded with an adhesive (37) to the under side (23) of the insole (11). The sole is bonded by an adhesive to the under side (43) of the pinch, and the pinch adhesive is activated. An open-pore adhesion grip material covers the whole or part of the footwear and the sides. The reactive hot-melt adhesive, in a width of 1 cm, gives an overlap between the insole and the pinched upper.

Abstract (de)

<IMAGE>
