Autonomous element including thermic independent openings for the containing of groups of containers fit to contain various foods, usable for the finishing of cold or hot foodstuffs, maintaining them at the different suitable temperatures substantially made by a box body in a preferred parallelepiped form with thermally insulated external walls, the inside part of said box body being moreover provided of further walls able to produce at least three openings (V1,V2,V4) provided in their respective top of suitable openings (51,52,53) able to permit the insertion in the relevant opening (V1,V2,V4) of suitable cylinder pots (C1,C2,C3) able to contain various foodstuffs utilizable for the finishing of other foodstuffs, at least two openings (V1,V4) being provided of suitable groups respectively of cooling (8) and of heating (PR), at least the cooling group (8) being constituted by a group at Peltier effect. <IMAGE>
