The lifting equipment has a cam lifter arm(24) which is connected by its first end to the lifting arm(22). A cam lifter(28) is connected to the cam lifter arm, and a drive component(34) is connected to the second end of the cam lifter arm. A roller(36) is connected to the drive component and a ramp(38) is provided for guiding the roller. The guide ramp is rotatable around a pivot(40) formed by the connecting line between respective holes formed in a pair of bushes. An Independent claim is included for a procedure for adjusting the travel of the lifting arm in which the guide ramp is rotated to a fixed position and locked there.
