[origin: DE19853761C1] A container (3) on the charging car carries a set quantity of sealant, which is forced to an annular distributor (4) under pressure. This is located above the opening (2). Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Abdichten eines mit einem Deckel verschlossenen Fülloches an einem Koksofen, wobei der Ringspalt zwischen dem Deckel und einem Füllochrahmen mit einer Abdichtmasse vergossen wird, die nach dem Gießvorgang aushärtet. Erfindungsgemäß wird aus einem aus einem Kohlefüllwagen mitgeführten Vorratsbehälter eine für den abzudichtenden Ringspalt vorher festgelegte Menge an Abdichtmasse entnommen und unter Druck einem ringförmigen Verteiler zugeführt, der oberhalb des Ringspaltes positioniert worden ist. Nach Abgabe der vorgegebenen Abdichtmassenmenge wird das an den Vorratsbehälter austrittsseitig anschließende Leitungssystem bis zum Verteiler mit Wasser gespült. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ferner eine Gießvorrichtung zur Durchführung des beschriebenen Verfahrens. <IMAGE>
