Pipe conduits and similar objects running beneath a washbasin are covered by a facing skirt which has an at least partly bent section (2) with an upper edge (5) positionable on or in the area of the underside of the washbasin. On a third object beneath the washbasin, a lower edge (7) has several retainers (8) for fixture components which fix the skirt (1) to the third object. The facing section (2) has a bent front section (3) and a connecting straight-lined side section (4), on the lower edge of which the retainers (8) are provided. Alternatively, the facing section is angular with straight-lined sides and frontal sections or is formed as a semicircle.

Waschbeckenverblendungsschürze (1) zum Abdecken von unterhalb des Waschbeckens (6) verlaufenden Rohrleitungen u.dgl., umfassend einen zumindest teilweise gebogenen Verblendungsabschnitt (2) und einem an der oder im Bereich der Unterseite des Waschbeckens positionierbaren oberen Rand (5) und einem an einem Drittgegenstand unterhalb des Waschbeckens festlegbaren unteren Rand (7), an dem mehrere Halterungen (8) für Befestigungselemente, mittels welchen die Verblendungsschürze am Drittgegenstand befestigbar ist, vorgesehen sind. <IMAGE>
