Abstract (en)
The system includes a transceiver (2) having a housing (4) with all the electronic circuitry (6). Antennas (10,18) include coils (12,20) omitting ferrite cores and defining direction (14,24), generate together an elliptically polarized magnetic field for exciting a key of the transponder system. The antennas are positioned at remote locations with respect to another in the vehicle and their directions are perpendicular to one another.
