The evaporation dish (7) has at least 2 fixing hooks (13) projecting from its base (10), for securing the evaporation dish to a carrier plate (1) attached to the housing of the refrigeration appliance, via corresponding openings in the carrier plate. The refrigeration compressor (2) is supported by the carrier plate (1), the cover (3) of the compressor provided with an evaporation dish (4), which has an overflow outlet (6) leading to the evaporation dish (7), or a series of stacked evaporation dishes mounted on the carrier plate.
