Abstract (en)
Shavings (1) are blown from the machine (2) generating them to a collection station (9) inside the same machine, and from there they are transported mechanically to an impregnation station (4) and then packaged in a packaging station (6). Independent claims are also included for the process machinery, and shavings (preferably wood ones) made by this process, the shavings having been dried in hot air, preferably in a flow of hot air at 150-270 deg.C.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Spanmaterial für Dämm- oder Isolierstoffe. Die Späne (1) werden nach der Erzeugung durch ein Gebläse (3) in eine Sammelstelle (9) innerhalb der Herstellungsmaschine geblasen, von dort durch mechanische Transportmittel einer Imprägnierstation (4) zugeführt, wo sie ausgebreitet und mit einem Imprägniermittel befeuchtet werden, anschließend nach Größe und Form selektiert und vor, nach oder während der Selektion getrocknet. Anschließend werden sie unter Druck verpackt in einer Verpackungsstation (6). <IMAGE>
