Assembly to separate laterally sachets with sealed edges, for a packaging machine, has two shafts (22,23) with a synchronized rotation in opposite directions. A blade (30) is on one shaft (22), and a counter unit (31) is at the other. The counter unit (31) has a cylindrical outer surface (45) with an angled segment (46) through it, interrupted by openings (48) in a second angled segment (47). The assembly to separate laterally sachets with sealed edges, for a packaging machine, has two shafts (22,23) with a synchronized rotation in opposite directions. A blade (30) is on one shaft (22), and a counter unit (31) is at the other. The counter unit (31) has a cylindrical outer surface (45) with an angled segment (46) through it, interrupted by openings (48) in a second angled segment (47). The relative rotation of one shaft (23) against the other shaft (22) gives a programmed control for the cutting edge (41) of the blade (30) to engage either one angled segment or the other at the counter unit (31).

Die Vorrichtung hat zwei gegenläufig synchron drehbare Wellen (22, 23). Auf der einen Welle (22) ist ein Messer (30), auf der anderen ein Gegenhalter (31) montiert. Der Gegenhalter (31) hat eine zylindrische Aussenfläche (45), die in einem ersten Winkelsegment (46) durchgehend und in einem zweiten Winkelsegment (47) durch Ausnehmungen (48) unterbrochen ist. Durch eine relative Drehbewegung der Welle (23) gegenüber der Welle (22) kann die Schnittkante (41) des Messers (30) programmgesteuert entweder im ersten oder im zweiten Winkelsegment in Eingriff mit dem Gegenhalter (31) gebracht werden. Dadurch können wahlweise Einzelsachets, Streifen von über Perforationen zusammenhängenden Sachets oder endlose über Perforationen verbundene Sachets gebildet werden. Die Vorrichtung ist daher flexibel in der Anwendung. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
