Two-component core-shell fibres in which the shell consists of 45-98 wt% polyamide (1) with a melting point of more than 280 degrees C, 2-20 wt% layer silicate and 0-35 wt% of a second polyamide (2), while the core consists essentially of polyamide 2.
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Kern-Mantel-Bikomponentenfaser, welche einen Kern und einen den Kern wenigstens teilweise umschliessenden Mantel aufweist, wird ein erhöhtes Abrasionsverhalten, eine geringe Kompaktierung unter Temperatur- und Druckeinfluss und eine grosse Festigkeit der Faser dadurch erreicht, dass der Mantel zu 45 - 98 Gew.% aus einem ersten Polyamid besteht, welches einen Schmelzpunkt von mehr als 280°C aufweist, und 2 - 20 Gew.% eines Schichtsilikates enthält.
