Abstract (en)
An isolation valve assembly has a modular construction comprising two non return valves (2,3) between which is fitted a venting valve (4,5) to drain off any fluid trapped between the non return valves when the valves are closed. The valves are fitted into a single housing which is clamped between two end flanges (7,8) of the pipeline and which is held in place by tensile bolts through the flanges. To remove the valve assembly the tensile bolts are loosened and one or two removed to free the assembly. The ends of the assembly are fitted with O-ring seals.

Ein Systemtrenner besteht aus zwei in Durchflußrichtung eines Mediums hintereinander geschalteten Rückflußverhinderern (2,3) und einem eine Zwischenkammer (20) zwischen den beiden Rückflußverhinderern in die Atmosphäre entlüftenden Ablaßventil (4,15). Die Rückflußverhinderer (2,3) und das Ablaßventil (4,15) sind auf einer gemeinsamen Achse angeordnet und in eine Rohrleitung eingebaut. Die gesamte Baugruppe (22), bestehend aus Rückflußverhinderern und Ablaßventil, ist in ein Gehäuse (1) eingebaut und mittels Zuganker (6,6') zwischen Anschlußflansche (7,8) der Rohrleitung eingebaut. Nach Entfernung mindestens eines Zugankers (6') kann die gesamte Baugruppe (22) ausgetauscht werden, ohne die Verbindung mit der Rohrleitung zu lösen. <IMAGE>
