Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1005253A2] The cooker hob (1) has a plate held by a metal, one-piece mounting-frame (5) the separate sides (23,24) of which are at right angles to the plate. The underneath side of the frame has a mounting shoulder (37) parallel with the plate and spaced apart from it. The shoulder has openings (27) holding components of the hob. On the frame's peripheral side, the sides are bent at right angles from the mounting shoulder. A decorative frame (3) of the cooker hob is held on the mounting frame by means of mounting openings.
