[origin: DE19852892A1] The decorative coatings applicator has coating feeds for the individual panels and can coat all panels at once and again with different materials, using the force of gravity for the flowable coating feed. The decorative material containers (5-10) above the applicator stencil each have a material outlet (20), with each panel allotted at least one container (5-10) and the base of the container registering with one of the panels at least. The outlet holes (20) should be distributed over the panel area for simultaneous application, using slide (21) to close off the outlets, the slide itself perforated to register with the outlets to allow for conjoint outlet closure. The container baseplate (2) has a hole pattern identical to the arrangement of the container outlets.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für die Bildung von Dekorschichten bei der Herstellung von Baumaterialien, insbesondere von Fliesen, mit einer auf einen Schichtträger aufzusetzenden Schablone, welche auf dem Schichtträger mehrere Felder für die Belegung mit Dekormaterial begrenzt. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Einrichtung zum Auftragen von Dekormaterial auf den Schichtträger mit mehreren, jeweils einem der Felder zugeordneten Auftragszuführungen für Dekormatieral vorgesehen. Durch diese Erfindungslösung lassen sich Dekorschichten, insbesondere zur Bildung von Einlegedekoren auf Fliesen, mit geringem Zeitaufwand in effizienter Weise herstellen. <IMAGE>
