An actuating plate (15, 20, 27, 47, 56, 64) extends over the area of the pick-up devices (5), parallel to the plate-like body (3, 26), and can be moved relative to the plate-like body (3, 26) by means of an actuating device (10, 10', 10''), so that the pick-up devices (5) can be brought into three states of operation (6, 7, 7').
