[origin: WO0001516A1] The invention relates to a device for joining wooden parts, especially wooden beams, using nail plates or such like. Said device comprises a table (1) with a support surface (4) on which the wooden parts are placed for joining, and a press (7) for joining the wooden parts with the nail plates. The table (1) and a marking device (10) by means of which marks can be made on the support surface (4) of the table (1) can be displaced in relation to each other. By means of the marking device (10) the position of the beams and nail plates on the support surface (4) of the table (1) can be traced. This can be done very rapidly since the data of the construction to be assembled is usually available in computer-readable form, especially because in recent years constructions have come to be designed entirely by computer.
