[origin: WO9910459A1] The invention relates to a method for producing water- and dust-free anion tenside granules with a high bulk density. According to said method, aqueous pastes of fatty acid polyglycol ester sulphates with a solids content of at least 20 weight per cent are dried to a residual water content of less than 2 weight per cent in a horizontally positioned film evaporator with rotating internals. At the same time, the pastes are made to form lumps. This is achieved by means of a decreasing temperature gradient applied to the film evaporator from product entry to product exit, and by gassing the pastes with air in the counter-current. The pastes are also dried exclusively by the heated walls. The inventive granules are particularly suitable for producing hard soap.
