Abstract (en)
The closing elements (13,15) overlap when closed and are arranged on the inside so as to give a continuous sealing edge in their closed condition. The elements box-mate in preferably U-section and the length of the elements matches the width of the respective plates (1,2). One inside leg face of the closing elements is fitted with a seal which closes off the interval between successive plates when the window is closed. The sealing element is in the rear part of the closing elements and the inside leg face specified has an opening. The window frame (16) has an elastic sealing element (17) at the edge (20) so as to engage the closing element (13) when the window closes.

Bei einer Vorrichtung mit mehreren, schwenkbar gehaltenen Lamellen (1, 2), welche im geschlossenen Zustand schuppenartig überlappend angeordnet sind und zwecks Abdichtung an einem seitlichen Ende senkrecht zur jeweiligen Lamelle vorstehende Abschlusselemente aufweisen, sind die Abschlusselemente (13, 15) innenseitig der Lamellen (1, 2) angebracht. Die dem Wettereinfluss ausgesetzte Aussenseite der Lamelle ist eine reine Glasfläche (frei von irgendwelchen Dichtungs- oder Schutzelementen). Gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Abschlusselemente (13, 15) derart ausgebildet, dass sie im geschlossenen Zustand der Lamellen (1, 2) eine durchgehend gerade Abschlusskante (20) bilden. Die Abschlusselemente (13, 15) haben im wesentlichen ein verschachtelbares, insbesondere U-förmiges Profil. <IMAGE>
