The agonist substance is in particular taurine, gamma-aminobutyric (GABA), isoguvacin, isonipecotic acid, 4,5,6,7-tetrahydroisoazolo-(5,4-c)pyridin-3(2H)-one, benzodiazepines, steroids, cromakalim, pinacidil, nicorandil and minoxidil.
