[origin: EP0894502A1] The present invention relates to an absorbent article having an odour control material incorporated therein for decreasing odours associated with bodily fluids. The odour control material is cyclodextrin having a particle size of greater than 12 mu m. The odour control material offers the advantage of reduced cost compared to articles utilizing powdered cyclodextrin odour control material and thereby avoids the dust formation problems associated therewith.
